As we all knew in this unusual time of pandemic the India seems to have the worse hit in these few months. As a Indian culture of this marvellous heritage of knowledge, we are facing these situation is seriously  not good. 

According to scientists this pandemic will gone last for 3 to 4 years then it will just be like a epidemic like malaria ,tuberculosis etc.


And the vaccine is not that ordinary vaccine, it is just immunity booster type against covid 19 and must be again needed to take every 6 months, it does not give any suurity against not having virus again due to vaccine and its not definitely good for body to take these shot again and again.

So the only way is to  build a strong immunity in the body.

  

These are the methods to be safe and get cured from diseases and have strong immunity :


1. Turmeric balls at morning with little warm water 

 Drink as much as water you want then with little water make two ball of turmeric and swallow it with  little water. So that it remains in stomach and fight with germs in bacteria and provide energy to immune system to fight and against virus and turmeric have its own some benefits. 


2.  Take food which have vitamin c and minerals 

To fight against virus needs white blood cells and other micro bodies so to prepare the in body it needs lots of nutrients and micro nutrients which are very hard to get from ordinary meals of daily. So to get it use fruits and vegetables. Most important are 

1 coconut water. ( Very high in minerals)

2 Aam pana ( Raw mango drink) (both high in vitamin c and minerals)

3 sweet lemons

4 lemons

Any thing which is Citrus in taste in fruits and high in minerals use them 


3.  Reduce your in taking of cooked food (to once a day) and intake only fluids

 Fluids like coconut water , sweet lemons juice , Aam pana raw mango juice ) and other fruit juices.

Cooked food is hard to digest  and take lots of energy at a single time which can fail the body against the virus.

And also the cooked food is also the good place for stomach germs to increase in  them as the body already weak due to the virus. So not eating cooked for is good options if necessary eats only ones. Note taking do not eat heavy food like animal protein ( milk , cheese , meat ,fish etc) and  do not take- garlic , onion ,brinjal, red chillies, Asafoetida (devils dung) as these reduse certain type of energy which is needed for living called (prana). After three day the you will be fine.  

  1.   To 250 ml of hot water, add the juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of jaggery/ palm jaggery/.
  2. To hot water, add a little bit of honey, turmeric and mint or coriander. 

4. Coconut  water

5. Aam pana   (raw mango juice ) 

6.  Nilavembu Kashayam


7. Sweet lemon juice.  (the fruit juice)



4. Take a mixture of honey and black pepper, soaked out whole night 

Take 6-7 black pepper in one spoon full of honey and mix and left it for whole night. And empty stomach. 

As this mixture help to cure from any type of infection, increase haemoglobin, and helps in respiration which increase the oxygen in the blood. You can take this mixture though out the day, as source of energy as you are not eating cooked food.


5.  Walk bare foot in nature , garden ,or some where. Do little yoga practices .

 Make an active and integrated physiological system by doing yoga ,running , walking and other activities some easy methods are 

Simha kriya , 


6.  Move some where with constant fresh air supply 


 if you feel reduce of oxygen in the body you can use the method of probing in which we lay down in the position as  our stomach is downward this method help to increase the oxygen supply in the body .

Other method is to sit in a chair and bend forward and by a small electric fan in front of the nose increase the stream of air in the nostril in a great amount after some time the patient can choose whether everything want to continue or not  

 


7.  Take bath 3 -4 times a day if possible

It make you feel fresh and don’t if you feel cold 


8.   Burn a small oil lamp (Diya) near you. 

 Especially  during night while sleeping.



9.     Sit on earth in garden or backyard and feel the soil with palms .  

   Feel that the earth is curing your body, The the body is made up of this same earth and it is getting repair

By the earth. 


10.  Go to some windy place and feel the air. 

   That the wind is cleaning you body. 


11.   Be calm and silent. 

 This help to focus your body and mind to cure yourself.  

12. Focus on you breath.  

   Increase the focus of body and mind.
